Hi, friends! I’m excited to be back in the workshop after my vacation! I took a road trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks and it was amazing. The lack of WiFi (and cell service!) was an absolute blessing. I’ll be sharing more about the trip soon!
Guess what? It’s Free Printable Friday!! I’m happy to introduce another free printable from the workshop as part of our summer series. This one was inspired by my camping vacation.
One of the coolest things about camping in the middle of nowhere is that you have an unbelievable sky full of stars. I mean millions of stars. Stars you had no idea existed. Layers and layers and layers. As a crazy bonus, we had the luck of seeing the annual Perseid meteor showers and saw loads of shooting stars! It was unreal.
Seeing the stars and the sheer brilliance of an infinite sky made me feel two things. I felt tiny! But I was also inspired and overwhelmed by the awesome strength of the sky and those stars. I felt possibility. The possibility of millions of stars and planets we can’t see. Of multiple universes. The possibility of life. Of a life well lived, a full life. The possibility that we humans have all kinds of great things hidden beneath the surface, but we let ourselves get in the way. That sometimes, we need to step back, away from the superficial, the unimportant, the dull, every day life, to reveal a huge pool of brilliance. Of vast creativity, beauty, inspiration, opportunity.
So, buddy, be strong. Think about the vastness and brilliance of the universe and emulate that. Think big. Dream big. Try new things. Don’t be afraid to screw up. Don’t let the man get you down on yourself. Don’t let YOU get down on yourself. Shine bright and strong and you’ll not only help yourself, you’ll light the way for others who are struggling, too.
This printable is 8″x8″ and it looks great in a square IKEA frame. Enjoy! And check out the Free Gems page for more goodies!
**Fine print: this printable is for private use only. I would love it if you shared with your peeps, just give credit to me. Thanks!
Have a lovely weekend!
My all-time favorite printable!
Hi Judy! This quote is one of my favorites! I’m happy you like it, too–thanks for stopping by!
I LOVE your printables! I have signed up for your monthly e-mails!
Whenever I try to download the printable, however, it won’t give me the option. The only option I have is to Pin It.
How do I download the free printables?
Thank you!
Hi Meagan!
Thank you so much! I’m sorry you had trouble! The glitch should be fixed now. Just click on the printable you want to download and it will take you to a post about it. Scroll to the bottom of that page and there will be a download button–with no “Pin it” button! xo
